RICOH SG2100N PRINTS BLUE HORIZONTAL LINES

Hi Everyone I have a Ricoh SG2100N Printer brand new out of the box, I have used a Refillable Cartridge with compatible Transfer Ink, However when I Print I get Blue Horizontal Lines across the Page.
I have activated Head Cleaning, Nozzle and Head Flushing all with no Success can anyone help please.

I have attached 2 Samples.
