Ricoh SP-111 printing horizontal lines

13 months old, but not used much. Filled toner one time, in a messy fashion.

I printed some 24 pages first today without a problem. The next lot had consistent horizontal lines. I measured the spacing of the lines. They are 3.25 cm and 4.3 cm in a repeating pattern. See the image

I cleaned one line off the OPC drum. Lines restarted on the 8th page I printed, first weakly, and then more strongly

Now what should I do?

I'm having the same issue on an HP p2055dn. I've replaced the fusser, laser, toner cartridge and still the same issue. I'm not sure what else it could be
