Ricoh Sp C242sf sc819 error

Hi can someone please help me with my printer, this morning it popped up a sc819 error and i havent a clue what to do with it. I have googled how to access the menus but it doesnt work. I need to get to the manufacturer menu and try and reset it i have been told but im a total noob and would love some advice what to do.
