Ricoh sp213w does not connect.

I get a message 'there is a job printing now (35) when I try to setup from the disc

Just go into your print queue and delete the jobs. It should be fine. You only need to click once, you may have sent it to the printer multiple times. If your still having trouble go to the ricoh website and install the new driver http://www.ricoh.co.uk/products/printers/black-white/sp-213w.aspx

If only it was that easy, the print queue is empty I do not know where this message refers to.I have tried all suggestions but no difference.
