Ricoh SPC2350DN - whirring and patches on colour prints

In the last couple of weeks,I have noticed a distinct noise from the rollers when printing and I seem to get a band of colour that is incorrect on one side of the print (see attached scan)

I've reset all the cartridges and reset the machine but it is still happening.

Any ideas anyone?
