Samsung CLP-365W Printing Quality Problems

I have replaced my printer's drum kit, cleaned the toner waste container and the transfer belt. However, there still seems to be an issue somewhere. The printer is a Samsung CLP-365W. Below are the colour printer testcard I used for the test and the actual printouts with the new drum.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
