Hi. I have problem with my printer cartridges. If all are in, it reports none is installed. By attempting one by one, I found out, problem is purple one. Once this one is removed, all others are detected. Once I put purple back, none installed again. Any idea where could be the problem? Cartridges are original.
samsung clx-6220fx - purple cartridge prevents other to be detected.
