Hello everyone, I'm hoping that one of you has some wisdom to share.
My SCX-4200 has decided to jam rather than print. The paper clears the drum and fuser, is redirected at the back and as soon as the leading edge of the page hits the last set of rollers before exiting, it jams and stops. It never comes through the last set of rollers.
Do you know how to repair this? Samsung has been no help beyond sharing instructions on how to pull out the jammed paper and clean the interior. For all else I must take the printer to an authorized repair center.
