Dear people, I have a Brother DCP-L3550CDW laser printer/scanner. I have been pleased with it for years. However, there is a problem: it does not have text recognition, so I cannot translate the scans I make using software or online. Does anyone know a solution for this?
I have already tried contacting Brother about this a few times, but like many large companies, they do not respond to (this type of) report.
