Cannot remove images from Scanner

Hello

I am running HP XW4400 Desktop with a HP PSC 1215.

The Driver is PCL5

It has neen working fine until today, I have spent hours installing and reinstalling, in an attempt to rectify.

I scanned a document a week or so ago.

Today I sacnned another document, Then I noticed that the last scanned document is overlapping the new one.
Can anyone solve this please?. Thabk you.
