This is odd. I've always scanned by using Image Capture on the Mac, and this works fine. My wife scans from the control panel of the printer itself and it lands on the Mac desktop, but recently that stopped working. We have done a firmware update, and maybe that is why. But... still... when you try to scan from the control panel it says there is a connection issue with the printer. Odd, since we can print TO it. At a loss what to do next. Thanks.
