[SOLVED] SyncThru page is blank in Chrome

I have an ML-2950 mono laser printer. I use the SyncThru Web Service to check toner level etc.

My default browser is Chrome, which always used to display SyncThru OK. Recently, however, the page goes blank after initially displaying 'Loading - SyncThru Web Services'.

It continues to work in Firefox.

It works 50% of the time in IE11, the other 50% behaving like Chrome.

It works OK in Edge.

I have tried emptying the Chrome cache, using Chrome incognito, using Chrome with an administrator id. None of these things get it to work in Chrome.

Perhaps you received Chrome updated version recently? If so, not much you can do now for Chrome

Hi I wanted to use the "Syncthru web service" to check the toner level etc and I had the same problem, it is due to chrome blocking "insecure content".
I was able to fix it by: Click on the site information to the left of the address bar>site settings>insecure content>allow.
I also allowed all other items shown in the settings.
