I have a Mac and a TD4520TN label printer. My journey has been very challenging, to say the least. When I purchased this printer I was told it would work fine with the PTouch software version 5.1. After a lot of wasted labels (100's), I finally got things to work, albeit it basically. Now all of a sudden, the printer is only printing every second label. More wasted labels. I am getting a bit desperate. Has anyone got any ideas on how to rectify this, please?
Brother says they have great support service. Not true.
