Toshiba E Studio 2550C - Ghosting and Fuzzy

I have the above printer with about 150,000 pages on it. Prints are ghosting (see image) and ink is not setting. I've been supplied a couple of fuser units which both give the same result. I can't get a mechanic out for some weeks due to C19 lockdown.
Is it worth ordering a new fuser on-line or is the problem likely to be something else so I should wait for the mechanic?
