I have an Epson Artisan 835. Recently got a new modem from xfinity and now the printer will not connect to WiFi .Ran a Network Status/Check Network Connection report from the printer. Get 'A router /access point channel conflict has been detected.' Also the Default gateway is blank and Detailed IP setup check shows 'unknown' on the report printout. Can anyone help?
