Xerox C315 scan problem on glass

Hello,

I'm having a problem with scanning. The scanner itself works fine when a single piece of paper is put on the glass, however if I put even a 20 pages thick book, an error occurs saying "An unkown error occured".

I've tried even using NAPS2, thinking it's a Xerox scanning software problem, however it doesn't work as well. Altough NAPS2 say that nothing is in the feeder for some reason even though I select specifically that I'm scanning from glass.

If you are trying to scan the pages of a book then you need to ensure they are properly kept on the scanner bed. Also, check the scanning setting on your Xerox printer. Restart the printer or connect it to any other device. Also, make sure your printer driver and firmware are updated to the latest OS. Chances are these solutions will be enough to fix the issue. But, if the same problem still persists then it would be good to get your hands on more solutions and guides. Seeing the expert help is also a wise decision.
