when I turn printer on I get a message on printer screen "printer error has occurred, turn printer off and on agiain etc etc .I also get flashing green lights.I have noticed that if I manually mover the cartridge container tofar left and turn printer on, it behaves normally until cartridge contain has moved to far right, then error mesage shows up again. there isn't anypaper causing a paper jam.
