121.28 fuser error Lexmark CX510de

Hi all. I have an Lexmark CX510de model printer that has the error 121.28 fuser error (EN E7 1C). I replaced the fuser unit. The new one is fitted and all the cables etc are in place but I'm still getting the same error. Ive tried going into maintanance mode from the control panel but cant get to that either. It just shows 121.28 error code.
Has anyone any ideas?
