Aficio SP 430dn set up with T-Mobile Home Internet

T-Mobil gateway does not recognize my Aficio printer. Was connected to cable network wifi and worked well. Dropping cable for TMob

Cat5 confirmed as good.
Win 10
Printer network settings
IPv4 set to specify
IP4 address set
subnet clear
gateway clear
IPv6 stateless Inactive
IPsec Inactive
NW Frametype Autoselect
Protocol IPv4
Ethernet Speed Autoselect
IEEE802 Inactive
Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?
