Any HP Laserjet II / Apple Laserwriter II experts?

I have been trying to restore my Laserwriter II NTX

To date I have:

Replaced the power supply

Replaced the fuser

Replaced the take up roller

Installed new toner cartridge

Unfortunately from the pic, I cannot get rid of the horizontal line that goes across each print.

The problem does not follow the toner cartridge or the fuser and adjusting the density wheel just makes the marks lighter or darker but does not eliminate them.

Whether the paper is fed from tray or single sheet it still persists.

Anything else I can clean/adjust/replace?

Try to reconnect the cable on the laser/scanner unit
