My Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw has started to print a "ghost" image 56 mm down the page, and a much fainter one 112 mm down the page. If I am printing more than one page, the ghost is much fainter on the second page and non-existent after that. The problem is worse with thinner paper (80 gsm) than thicker (120 gsm).
It seems as if the problem is that the fuser is not heating up enough to start with. Can anyone suggest a fix? Many thanks!
