Are these little shading lines normal for laser printers?

Just bought a Samsung XPRESS SL-M2070W and done a few test pages - this is the result of one of them - is this normal?

Are you talking about the colour of the prints here, or the watermarks (a capital C) in the pictures????
The colour is sepia, which can be avoided (one would imagine) by 'unticking' the sepia box in the printer settings... The 'C' is a different matter altogether...
