I am new to this forum but not new to printers.
I volunteer my time in a school in Romania and they have asked me to look into a multi function printer for the school.
What they would like is a printer that can be set up for different departments so we can keep a record of how many pages have been printed by each department so that each department can pay for what they have printed.
I have seen really big printers that can do this but don't know of any smaller printers or even which would be best. I need to work out how many pages a month will be printed but it won't be too large a figure.
I have looked on line at printers and have gone up to around £400 but in the specs they don't mention if this facility is available. The school does not have a lot of money to spend so I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction through this minefield.
