best printer for refilling

Greetings to the forum. I've just bought an hp deskjet d5560 and it's not working! The black cartridge isn't acknowledged... I will return the printer and i want to ask you a few things:
is this printer refillable or do i need a chip resetter? the cartidge is number 300.
when i'll replace the printers should i take a canon printer? i've heard that these printers are better for refilling. What's the best canon printer for refilling?

yes you are right canon are the best for refilling as many people have told me before lol. i have a canon pixma and it was easy to refill.
