black blotches down one side

Recently our Lexmark printer has started to produce Black marks down one side of the paper when printing. We have tried everything to resolve this issue with no success. We have removed all toners and pc roller and photo conductor and cleaned with an air duster but the issue still remains. I have attached a screen shot of our printer and the paper with the issue.

If anyone can suggest anything it would be much appreciated.
