Bluish tint at the top and bottom of print

Hi there could anyone help me with my issue. Every time I print. There’s always a blue tint at the top which is very visible and also tint at the bottom. I have change ink cartridges and still the issue is there. Please help me.

Looks like a weird type of banding or a potential clog in the black channel. Unless the image file itself has a slight difference in color that you overlooked when designing or printing. RGB is not CMYK.

-Inspect the image to make sure there are no color differences in the background.
-Check cyan and black cartridges in printer
-Run head cleaning operation
-Report back
