When endeavouring to print todays (10.08.2023) arrival of PDF attachments included in an Insurance email the printer would only print half line print for the full width of the page. In other words, every line only had the top half of the line printed. Accessing the printer menu proved fruitless. Printing earlier PDF docs from the same company gave the same result.
Printing PDF docs from another company proved ok, as did WORD correspondence. Curiously a Q code square included in the PDF printed the right size.
Would appreciate any assistance given.
