Brother MFC 2700dw Won't Manual Feed

I have gone through the instructions for printing labels through the manual feeder (open back door, disengage tabs, feed through front/manual door, etc.). The file never even hits the print queue. I have changed settings to Manual Feed in the printer properties along with customizing the paper size. All to no avail.

Any suggestions?
