I'm from Spain. It is the second time that breaks the fuser roller me my Brother MFC 9340 CDW ( No. series: e71825h3j200340 ) and see that I am not alone. It is as if disintegrated . The first time reparation was covered by guarantee, but this second time Brother tells me it has been more than 6 months from the repair and I have to pay for a new fuser. If I do this again I might have the same problem again. This is a professional machine € 450 of which reliability and response is expected from the brand. I understand that the pieces do not last a lifetime but this is a common problem in the fuser which is not even at half of its life. When a printer of these features is purchased for a business, it is expected to have high reliability and not to bee sent to service one week every year , not to mention the disbursement of more than 110€ on every fusor change.

I've contacted them , creating an incident and emailing . I am very happy with the machine but very upset with these defective parts. It seems a shame, and certainly, if Brother doesn't give me solution, I do not plan to buy and recommend a Brother machine anymore.
