Hi guys, my problem is that when I press the scan button on the printer to scan a document ,connection to pc is displayed but nothing happens. if I used the control centre software, the scan function works perfectly or if I I install the whole software package on a different pc, both the scan button and software control centre works. This issue seems to be bound to this particular pc.
it seems that it continuously search for this pc and that it does not found it.this pc is displayed on the led of the printer alongside other pcs available but cannot transfer the scan to the pc in question.
