Buying advice: A3 color double-sided printer, space restricted

I need a buying advice.

I need to print newspapers in A3 format, color and double-sided.

Max dimensions for the printer are: H=640mm (25,19in) x W=622mm (24,48in) x D=710mm (27,95in).

I need the best quality out there, price is secondary.
