I am struggling to get an external USB keyboard to work with my C3002.
I have found the setting in the SP mode which was set to 0. I set that to 1 put it reverts back to 0 when I leave SP mode. Also there is an error on the bottom left of the screen when I connect a keyboard that says " Incompatible USB device has been connected. Check the USB device". The information I have found from the link below suggests the ports could be dusty. Cleaned the port but no luck. I have tried 3 different keyboards in multiple USB ports on the printer and none work.
