Can Epson 220 220XL cartridges be refilled ?

I've seen clear refillable cartridges on the net with chips that allow you to print over and over. They cost about $85.00 which includes the ink from Inkproducts.com. I have an Epson xp-420.

They may be 'refillable' but you may need to fit a 'NEW' chip to each cartridge... Normally, the original chip would have indicated there was little or no ink left in that cartridge, so it's life expectancy will no doubt: be over...

However, if you purchase straight compatible inks, they all have new chips added to them...

Do you mean comparable Cartridges with new chips? If so where can I buy them?
