Cannon MG5470/Some text are not printing and double print/Need help

Hi

Need some help. I currently using Cannon MG5470.
When i do a test print some of the text are not printing and some seem to be double print and not align.
Seem like only the black colour have this problem.
Any idea what had went wrong? See attach how the test print looks like.
