I have a Canon IP3600 inkjet printer. I refilled all the cartridges. C. M, Y and BK test passed but PGIBK (black pigment) won't print! I tried Cleaning, Deep Cleaning but the same problem! The result is a a blank paper. I tried with an original black pigment cartridge but the same problem!
