Hi, I would like to print using 4x6 photo paper. I got it from the original canon source, 4x6 glossy photo paper and have set the settings accordingly and loaded the paper and secured it in place using the sliders. However, the photo paper cannot be detected and the error "out of paper" keeps coming up.
I have:
1) cleaned the rollers
2) tried loading different number of papers inside
3) tried all the settings I could find.
Still the same issue.
However, for normal A4 printing paper, there is no such issue. Only for the photo paper. This is my first time using the photo paper to print so I not sure what's the issue after trying different things.
