Canon Pixma iP7250 orange light

The orange light on my Canon pixma ip7250 keeps on.
When i put the power on the orange light stays on.
When i pusch the orange button nothing happens.
When i want to change the inktcartridges nothing happens when i open the printer.
Is there anybody who knows what is wrong?
