My problem is that whenever I attempt to print a page, whether from the rear tray or the cassette, the paper is only drawn in from one side resulting in a paper jam and torn paper. I am guessing that there are rollers (?) on either side of the printer and one is not working. Is it difficult to get at the rollers? Any suggestions on other possible explanations?
