Hello everyone,
This morning I was printing a 3x2 inch of paper through the rear tray.
It has jammed and I'm getting an error code cooo
I cannot see the paper to try and release it myself .
I have turn the printer off and on, to see if it would dislodge itself with no success .
I have take the back off but cannot see any paper there?
When checking my inks they stay at the far right of my printer." I'm wandering if the paper is under there as my ink check is saying NO INK
As I cannot see the paper I am presuming some of it will have to be taken apart.
Please give me advice as soon as possible as I never to print something off urgently
