I've had this printer for a number of years, and have never had this kind of problem with it. I use Sure Thing Disc Labeler Gold to print DVD labels. Been using the same program for years, and have made many labels.
My problem is that all of a sudden I'm unable to make it print to a DVD. It keeps wanting to print on paper. I've checked all the settings to no avail.
So far I've even tried deleting the printer and restarting my computer which is Windows 10 pro.
Hoping that somebody here can point me in the right direction. Thanks for any help you can offer.
