Having an issues with this Canon Pixma Pro-200. Have it apart and noticed a couple components in the case that seem to have dislodged. (One white plastic component and a spring) Print head carriage seems to be riding pretty rough.

Not sure if I can add a picture to this thread of the component but if so I certainly will. It's about 2.5 inces long a couple tabs and slots, and a tapering end. Not sure where it goes.

The spring is a small extention spring. Could all this be parts formerly attached to the print head carriage?

Appreciate any help.

I wish it would be possible to get exploded parts views of the Pro-200. Canon is very protective of their service information. I used to work for Canon and worked on some of their bigger laser printers. They're kind of a weird company - and tight with their money.
