Recently purchased above printer. Previously owned a Pixma 4000. I am trying to print a photo out on my IP7250 with a special effect that was available on my old Pixma 4000 (its a simulation effect that makes the photo look like a kind of pen and ink sketch, rather than a photo). I understand that this effect however is not actually available on the Driver for my new IP7250 though.
Question is: if I re-installed the Driver for the old printer onto my PC would I be able to access the software/printing effect option and somehow then be ble to print off this 'pen and ink effect' through my new printer? Can anyone help pse? Thanks. Lynne.
