My printer usually does double sided without problems. However every now and again it prints the first side, then stops with an error message saying "The paper size selected is not compatible with double sided printing". ( Or something to that effect).

Recently I was printing a document with many sides, and it double sided at the start ok, got half way through the print run only to issue an error.

It seems to me the printer gets confused about the paper size it is using.

Otherwise the printer works fine, but this feature is really annoying

Any suggestions?

Hello Keith345!

Make sure you are selecting the right paper size in the print settings. Also, ensure that the duplex printing is on and the printer driver is up to date. I used to happen with my printer too once i used the third-party ink cartridges in my printer. So, you should also check there is not issue with that and printer is printing the spotless documents. Also, make sure to connect with the brand customer care directly to get quick assistance.
