CLX-3185FN Faded Print on all Colours.

Hello

I just got a used CLX-3185FN and while it prints and scans fine (sort of)
The printing is faded on all the colours and black.

I have attached the original picture and the printed one to understand what I mean.
Would it be the transfer roll?
or the fuser that is causing the issue?

I am having the same issues with my printer even though all my settings are on high and photo quality i get blotchy colors.
