Crease after printing

Hello. I have a brand new Epson L3250 series printer and for some reason there is a faint crease on the paper after each print. It only happens when I use photo paper or any other thicker form of paper. What could be the cause and is there any way to prevent this? I’d appreciate any help, thanks!
