DCP-9020CDW paper feed issues

Acquired this printer second hand. Printer is feeding paper just into the rollers and sticking every time. Error message says reload feed tray. Tried filling tray, part filling tray, thicker paper, cleaning rollers with a damp cloth. Any further suggestions please?

Had the same issue with mine, turned out the pickup rollers were worn out. I ordered a cheap roller replacement kit online and swapped them out, fixed it right up. Worth checking!
