Docucolor 260 duplex problem

Hi.

We've got DC 260 and we're encountering problems with duplexing. We've set the weight to heavyweight 1, and colour to gray scale. It seems the printer isn't fuseing properly as the print is coming out smudged. There's no massive blocks of color, its just text really. We're using 150 stock so it should work.

Any suggestions or help would be really appreciated!
