Does anyone have the Brother Refresh Subscription

I'm just wondering if the "Refresh Subscription" where brother automatically sends you ink cartridges when you're printer is low, is worth it or not? It's hard to compare that to buying regular cartridges, when they don't tell you how many copies they are good for, etc. Just wondering if anyone here has tried it.
