Double sided AND borderless prints

I am trying to print double sided and borderless (pages for a brochure) - what printers can achieve this?

I have the Epson L151780 and it seems to be either borderless or double sided.

Ideally id like to get about 30 - 40 pages double sided printed peer hour.
