Driver for Dell A10 printer 944

I recently purchases a new computer with windows 7. Dell had not provided a driver for the above printer with windows 7. They only have a driver for windows HP or Vista.
Can anyone advise if it is possible to operate this printer on my new computer. I do not want to have to purchase a new printer
